十二烷基磺酸钠相反转乳化剂对环氧乳液性能的影响

摘　　要：采用相反转法制备环氧乳液,利用光学显微镜研究了乳化剂对乳液粒径的影响。试验结果表明:同一温度下,乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠的用量为1wt%时,所得乳液的平均粒径最小,稳定性最好;乳化剂用量不变,乳化温度为80℃时,乳液的综合性能最佳。An epoxy emulsion was prepared by phase inversion method,the influence of emulsifiers on the emulsion particle diameter was researched with the optical microscope.The test results indicated that at the same temperature,the average particle diameter of the obtained emulsion was the smallest and the emulsion was the most stable when the emulsifier content of sodium lauryl sulfonate was 1wt%,the comprehensive performances of the emulsion was best at 80℃ of emulsifying temperature when the emulsifier content unchanged.
