摘 要:目的:探讨内皮素1(ET1)与缺氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)的相互关系。方法:对缺氧组(H组)及正常对照组(C组)大鼠,用免疫组织化学方法观察ET1在肺组织内的表达及分布,并采用放射免疫方法测定大鼠血浆中ET1的含量。结果:C组大鼠肺组织仅大血管及支气管有少量ET1阳性物质表达,H组ET1阳性表达不仅可见于大血管内皮、平滑肌,而且存在于小血管内皮、平滑肌及支气管平滑肌中;血浆ET1含量在H组较C组明显升高(P<005),但各H组之间ET1含量无明显差异性(P>005);H组大鼠右心室较C组明显肥大。结论:缺氧可促进肺血管内皮和平滑肌合成释放ET1量增加,并导致血浆内ET1含量的升高,由此影响HPH的发生和发展。Purpose To study the effects of Endothelin1(ET1) in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) and its relationship with HPH. Methods Immunohistochemical staining and radioimmunological method were used to detect the expression of ET1 in lung tissue and the content of ET1 in plasma of the rats. Results In normoxia group, weak expression of ET1 was located in the endothelium and smooth muscle of pulmonary blood vessels and in the epithelium and smooth muscle of bronchi. But in hypoxic group, intensive expression of ET1 in above positions. The content of ET1 in plasma was increased obviously after hypoxia. Conclusion Hypoxia may promate synthesis and release of ET1, and elevate the content of ET1 in plasma, so that the ET1 have certainly influence on HPH.
