摘　　要：目前失业已经成为困扰中国经济发展和社会稳定的主要问题,其中比较严重和影响较大的失业问题当属结构性失业。探讨现阶段我国面临的主要的结构性问题及其原因,及如何采取有效策略和思路解决结构性失业成为一个具有重要意义的问题。从产业链视角出发,本文分析了现代服务业对就业的促进作用,提出通过延长产业链和提高产业链吸纳劳动力能力解决我国主要的结构性失业问题。最后提出基于促进就业、解决结构性失业的现代服务业发展的政策建议。Unemployment, at present, has been a prominent problem of the economics development and society stability in＇China. In unemplyment, the most serious and influential problem is structural unemployment. It is of significance to investigate the current structural unemployment, analyze the reasons, and adopt effec- tive strategy to solve the problem. Based on the view of industry chain, this paper analyzes the promotion of modern services industries to employment, proposes the suggestion of expanding employment by prolonging industry chain and enhancing the ability of absorbing labor.
