摘　　要：目的了解沧州市不同文化层次人群艾滋病相关知识现状,为开展健康教育、实施有效干预措施提供依据。方法调查沧州市居民3491人,调查内容包括被调查者的基本情况、艾滋病一般知识、传播途径和预防知识。结果被调查人群对一般知识各知识点掌握不同;对艾滋病三条传播途径知晓率高,对非传播途径知晓率低;预防知识存在差距;文化层次越高,艾滋病相关知识知晓率相对较高。结论应加强艾滋病相关知识全面教育,尤其是低文化层次人群。Objective To investigate the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge in the populations with different educational backgrounds in Cangzhou,and to provide a basis for developing health education and effectively implementing interventions. Methods Totally 3,491 residents in Cangzhou were surveyed,and the investigation content included the basic information of the respondents,general knowledge of AIDS,transmission routes and prevention knowledge. Results The respondents grasped different knowledge points of general knowledge.They had a high awareness rate of three transmission routes and a low awareness rate of non-transmission routes.There was a gap between the prevention knowledge and the current situation of knowledge mastery.The higher the educational level,the higher the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge. Conclusions Strengthening comprehensive education on AIDS-related knowledge should be done,especially in the population with lower educational backgrounds.
