摘  要:目的观察银杏叶片在模拟高原环境下提高小鼠抗疲劳能力的作用。方法将雄性昆明种小鼠80只随机分为4组(n=20),分别为缺氧对照组、银杏叶片低、中、高剂量组,低(0.072 g/kg)、中(0.216 g/kg)、高(2.156 g/kg)剂量分别相当于人体推荐剂量的0.3、1、10倍。小鼠在模拟5000 m高原环境中饲养,灌胃给药,缺氧对照组灌胃等量生理盐水,连续灌胃10 d。观察小鼠在模拟高原环境下力竭游泳时间及血乳酸、血糖和肝糖原的变化。结果与缺氧对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组力竭游泳时间分别延长73.99%、95.66%和111.13%(P<0.01);中、高剂量组血乳酸曲线下面积分别减少21.74%(P<0.05)和24.63%(P<0.01),力竭后休息20 min血糖水平分别增加45.37%和35.68%(P<0.05);中剂量组肝糖原含量增加58.52%(P<0.01)。结论银杏叶片在模拟高原环境下具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Ginkgo Tablet on improvement of anti-fatigue capacity in mice at a simulated high altitude.Methods 80 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups(n=20):hypoxia control group(HCG),low dosage(LD),mid dosage(MD) and high dosage(HD) Ginkgo Tablet groups.LD(0.072 g/kg),MD(0.216g/kg)and HD(2.156 g/kg)was equal to 0.3,1 and 10 times the recommended dosage of human,respectively.Mice were all fed in a hyperbaric chamber at a stimulated altitude of 5000 m,but every day they were moved out of the chamber for 1 h to receive intragastric administration.HCG was given normal saline and other three groups were given different dose of Gingko Tablets for 10 d continuously.The exhaustion swimming time of mice were observed and the changes of blood lactic acid,glucose and hepatic glycogen were determined at this simulated high altitude.Results Compared with HCG,the exhaustion swimming time of LD,MD and HD groups prolonged by 73.99%,95.66% and 111.13%(P0.01),respectively.The area under blood lactic acid curve in MD and HD groups decreased significantly by 21.74%(P0.05) and 24.63%(P0.01),respectively.20 min after exhaustion,the levels of blood glucose in MD and HD groups increased significantly by 45.37% and 35.68%(P0.05),respectively.The content of hepatic glycogen in MD group increased significantly by 58.52%(P0.01).Conclusion Ginkgo Tablet can alleviate the physical fatigue in mice at a simulated high altitude.
