摘  要:目的探讨花虫胶囊对小鼠常压密闭耐缺氧时间的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为对照组和花虫胶囊高、中、低[(0.672、0.336、0.168 g/(kg.d)]3个剂量组,除对照组给予生理盐水外,其余各组分别灌胃给予相应的药物3 d。于末次给药后30 min,将小鼠放入盛有钠石灰的广口瓶内,用凡士林涂抹封严,以小鼠呼吸停止时间为耐缺氧时间。结果花虫胶囊各剂量组的小鼠耐缺氧时间与正常对照组相比,有显著或非常显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论花虫胶囊可明显增加小鼠耐常压密闭耐缺氧的时间。Objective To study the effects of Huachong Capsule on the hypoxic tolerance of mice in a sealed environment under normal pressure.Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into control group and three treated groups.Animals in the treated groups were intragastrically given Huachong Capsule at low,moderate and high dose[0.672,0.336,0.168 g/(kg·d)],respectively,and those in control group were given normal saline for 3 d.Mice were placed into a wide mouth bottle containing natrica calx sealed with vaseline 30 min after the last administration.The duration from the placement to respiration cease was their hypoxic tolerance time.Results The hypoxic tolerance time of mice treated with different dose of Huchong Capsule showed a significant or very significant prolongation compared with the controls(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Huachong Capsule prolong obviously the hypoxic tolerance time of mice in a sealed environment under normal pressure.
