摘　　要：目的探讨Fogarty取栓管联合导尿管在细肝外胆管结石手术中的临床价值。方法对25例胆囊结石合并肝外胆管结石患者,实施开腹胆囊切除,胆总管切开Fogarty取栓管联合导尿管取石,T管引流术。结果 25例手术均获成功,无并发症发生,手术时间100～150 min,平均125 min,术中出血量80～150 ml,平均100 ml,住院时间6～15 d,平均8 d。结论 Fogarty取栓管联合导尿管在细肝外胆管结石手术中的临床应用是安全、有效、经济、可行的,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of Fogarty catheter combined with urethral catheter in removing small extrahepatic bile duct stone.Methods Open cholecystectomy was performed in 25 patients with gallstone and small extrahepatic bile duct stone.After the common bile duct was opened and explored,the stones in it were removed by Fogarty catheter combined with urethral catheter.Results The operations in all 25 cases were successful and no complications occurred.The operative time was 100-150 min with an average of 125 min.The amount of intraoperative bleeding was 80-150 ml with an average of 100 ml.The hospital time was 6-15 d with an average of 8 d.Conclusion The application of Fogarty catheter combined with urethral catheter to the removal of small extrahepatic bile duct stone is safe,effective,economical and feasible.Therefore,it is worth promotion and application in clinical practice.
