克龄蒙周期序贯治疗更年期症状(附55例分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨克龄蒙用于周期序贯激素替代疗法的效果与副反应。方法对５５例有更年期症状的围绝经期和绝经后妇女使用克龄蒙进行激素替代治疗６个月，用药前后测定血ＦＳＨ、Ｅ２、阴道细胞涂片查成熟指数。结果用药１周期更年期症状开始明显缓解，Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍａｎ评分总分下降了４５４％，用药２周期症状显著改善，Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍａｎ评分总分下降７３５％，用药第６周期主要症状完全缓解。用药后血ＦＳＨ显著下降，Ｅ２显著升高，达卵泡中期水平。结论克龄蒙周期序贯治疗能有效地解除更年期症状，较好地控制月经周期且对内膜无过度刺激。Objective To investigate the effect of Climen on clemacteric symptoms and its side effects. Methods 55 peri-and postmenopausal women were treated for 6 months with Climen in a cyclical sequential HRT regimen.Climacteric symptoms were determined by Kupperman score.Serum levels of FSH,E2 and vagina MI were evaluated at baseline and in the sixth month. ResultsTBZAfter 6 months,Kupperman score decreased significantly(P<001),and the serum level of E2 increased and reached the level of middle follicular phase,while FSH decreased,vagina MI increased significantly. Conclusion Climen is highly effective in relieving climacteric symptoms including vasomotor and psychological symptoms.It is a safe treatment regimen for the prevention of endometreal hyperplasia.
