摘 要:目的 比较猪原位肝移植体外转流泵转流与体位转流的血流动力学变化。方法 将实验动物分为体外转流泵转流和体位转流两组 ,Ⅰ组应用体外转流泵作静脉转流 ,Ⅱ组采用头低脚高 15°,利用体位的重力作用回流 ,比较两组的心率 (HR)、平均动脉压 (MAP)、中心静脉压 (CVP)、肺动脉楔压 (PAWP)、心排出量 (CO)、平均肺动脉压 (MPAP)等血流动力学变化。结果 两组动物各期的HR、MAP、CVP、PAWP、CO、MPAP等血流动力学参数的变化基本相同 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 在实验中简易的体位转流可起到稳定的转流作用 。Objective To compare dynamic changes between pump venovenous bypass method and postur venovenous bypass method in pig liver transplantation. Methods All animals were divided into two groups according to the venovenous bypass method, group Ⅰ used venovenous bypass pump, group Ⅱ relied on gravity to backflow when the animals were at the postur of head 15° lower than buttock, dynamic parameters including HR\, MAP\,CVP\,PAWP, CO\,MPAP were measured to compare the change of these hemodynamic parameters between two groups.Results There were no great difference in changes of HR\,MAP\,CVP\,PAWP\,CO\,MPAP between two groups ( P >0 05).Conclusion The postur venovenous bypass method could play a stable part in liver transplantation, its dynamic changes are similar with that of pump venovenous bypass method.
