摘 要:针对川西低渗透气藏高温、高压、储层品质差、气井控制半径小、产量递减快、气藏整体采收率低等问题,在对水平井分段压裂适应性分析基础上,将常规水平喷射技术应用于水平井分段压裂,形成水平井不动管柱滑套水力喷射分段压裂及其配套技术。裂缝参数优化结果表明,在水平井段长为600m时,裂缝条数4~5条、裂缝半长120-140m,且中间裂缝较短,两端裂缝较长,两端裂缝间距小,中间裂缝间距大的裂缝组合,是实现分段压裂水平井产能最大化的保证。针对水平井压裂施工多裂缝易砂堵、长水平段支撑剂传输沉降等风险,通过工具改进,结合支撑剂段塞、防砂控砂。以及高效返排工艺技术,形成有效风险防控措施,保证顺利施工和安全生产。现场试验对比结果表明,新技术应用降低施工成本.提高气井单井产能,压裂水平井产能较邻井直井产能增大2倍以上。对比气井压后稳产情况可以看出.水平井稳产能力优于相邻压裂直井,在难动用储量的高效开发上表现出一定优势。Low permeability gas reservoirs of western Sichuan have the issues of high temperature ,high pressure,poor quality,small radius of gas wells,rapid production decline,and low overall recovery.Based on the adaptability analysis about segregated fracturing of the horizontal wells ,the conventional hydrajetting technology is applied to horizontal segregated fracturing,and the hydrajetting segregated fracturing by immovable string sleeve and its matching technology are formed.Fracture parameter optimization results show that when the horizontal section is 600m long,the number of fractures should be 4-5 and half fracture length should be 120- 140m with the short cracks in the middle and long cracks at the ends,and short crack spacing at both ends and long crack spacing between the middle.The above fracture combination will make the productivity of sub-fractured horizontal wells maximize.For fracturing sand plug by multiple cracks easily in the horizontal well and proppant transport-settlement at the long horizontal section and other risks,an effective risk control measures are formed through the improved tools,proppant slug,sand controlling,and the high flowback tech- nology,which ensures a successful operation and safety.Comparison results of the field tests show that the application of new technologies will reduce the costs and improve gas well productivity.Compared with the adjacent vertical wells,the productivity of the fractured horizontal well can increase by more than 2 times.After compared with stable production of the gas well by fracturing,we can see that the fractured horizontal well has better ability than the adjacent vertical wells,and it shows a certain advantage on the efficient development of difficult producing reserves.
