摘　　要：聚合物/黏土纳米复合材料(NC),是黏土片层以纳米级(1～100nm)分散在聚合物基体中的一种新型复合材料。由于黏土片层的纳米效应及其与聚合物基体间很强的界面相互作用等,只要加入质量分数为1%～10%的黏土,NC就表现出比基体更优异的力学性能、热性能及阻隔性能。采用熔融插层法制备SBS 4402/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料。改善星型SBS的熔融插层效果的手段之一,是增大基体的熔体黏度,以达到使OMMT初级粒子破脆所需的剪切力。在SBS 4402/OMMT中,分别引入质量分数为20%的线型SBS 1301、SBS 1401后,复合材料中OMMT的粒径得到不同程度减小,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率得到改善,尤以前者的改善效果最好,基体中的OMMT实现了纳米级分布。在SBS 4402/OMMT中引入SEBS后,虽然熔融温度的增加有利于改善SEBS和SBS间的相容性,但当温度提高到一定程度时,星型结构的SBS容易出现降解,使得复合材料的拉伸强度先逐渐增加,随后却下降。NC ,a polymer/clay nano composite material,is a new type of composite material produced by distributing clay lamella in the polymer matrix at a nano scale （1-100nm）.Due to the nano effect of the clay lamella and the strong interaction between its interface and that of the polymer matrix,when only 1%-10% （mass fraction） clay is added,NC will exhibit more excellent mechanical properties,thermal properties and insulation properties than the matrix.The melting intercalation method is used to produce SBS 4402/organic montmorillonite （OMMT） nano composite material.One of the approaches to improving the effect of melting intercalation for stellated SBS is to raise the viscosity of fused matrix to obtain the shear force needed to crash the primary particles of OMMT.After introducing linear SBS 1301 and SBS 1401 with mass fraction of 20% in SBS 4402/OMMT,the particle size of OMMT in the composite material dropped to some extent and the composite material＇s tensile strength and elongation at break improved.Particularly,the material＇s tensile strength enhanced significantly.The OMMT in the matrix achieved a nano-scale distribution.After introducing SEBS in SBS 4402/OMMT,although the increase in melting temperature helps improve the compatibility between SEBS and SBS,when the temperature rises to a certain level,stellated SBS is prone to degradation and the tensile strength of the composite material will drop after rising gradually.
