拇外翻患者术后门诊随访的依从性分析及应对策略

摘　　要：目的调查拇外翻患者术后门诊随访依从性并提出应对策略。方法通过问卷调查形式,采用电话访谈方法填写调查量表。结果收回有效量表113份,其中依从性好83例(73.45%),依从性差30例(26.55%);依从性与患者年龄、文化程度、手术术肢、拇外翻严重程度无相关性,但受居住地影响。结论患者就诊太远为依从性差的主因,其次为"认为没有必要复查"。针对这些人群,可采取相应措施提高依从性,保证术后疗效。Objective It is to investigate the clinic follow-up compliance of patients with hallux valgus after surgery and puts forwards the corresponding strategies.Methods Through the form of questionnaire,the inquiry scale was filled by telephone interviews.Results 113 effective scales were backed,there were 83 cases（73.45%） with good compliance and 30 cases（26.55%） with poor compliance.The compliance was not correlated with age,education level,surgical procedure,limbs,hallux valgus severity,but related with residence.Conclusion Patient visits far as the main cause of poor compliance,followed by ＂that there is no need to review＂.It can be taken corresponding measures to improve compliance and ensure effective operation.
