摘  要:目的探讨空气、高氧、60钴照射后体外培养及裸鼠体内培养对甲状腺人类白细胞抗原(HLA)的影响。方法采用Westernblot蛋白分子杂交技术直接检测各方法处理后的甲状腺组织HLA抗原表达量,并进行相互比较。结果各处理方法对HLAⅠ抗原无显著影响,空气、高氧、单纯60钴照射后体外培养对HLAⅡ抗原无显著影响,经60钴照射后裸鼠体内培养对甲状腺HLAⅡ抗原有明显减少作用。结论经60钴照射后裸鼠体内培养对甲状腺HLAⅡ抗原的减少作用较其他方法为佳,且具有不受体外培养易被污染及操作简单等优点。Objective\ To study the effects of culture in atmosphere of air, high oxygen, Balb/c nude mouse and 60 Co irradiation on the HLA of thyroid.Methods\ The HLA antigen expression of thyroid were directly detected by Western blot and the results of the influence were compared each other.Results\ There was no significant influence on HLA Ⅰ and HLA Ⅱ antigen expression of thyroid in all in vitro cultured methods above. However, in vivo culture in the Balb/c nude mouse following 60 Co irradiation could markedly decrease the HLA Ⅱ antigen expression of thyroid.Conclusion\ In vivo culture in Balb/c nude mouse after 60 Co irradiation was better in decreasing the HLA Ⅱ antigen expression of thyroid.
