摘 要:目的探讨静脉肾盂造影前较理想肠道准备方法。方法对128例肾盂造影检查患者随机分组,试验组64例检查前口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,对照组64例检查前口服甘露醇进行肠道准备。结果两种肠道准备方法均能达到较好的肠道清洁效果,但口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散方法简单不良反应少,与口服甘露醇肠道准备比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散是一种有效、安全、快速、易被患者接受的肠道准备药。Objective To explore a better bowel preparation method for intravenous pyelography(IVP).Method 128 patients who were undergoing IVP test were randomly divided into two groups: one group of 64 patients being given oral polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder before IVP test,while the other group of 64 patients being given oral mannitol for bowel preparation.Result Both methods were effective for bowel cleaning,however,the method of polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder was more simple with less side-reaction.The difference was statistically significant comparing with the method of orally mannitol(P〈0.01).Conclusion Polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder is an effective,safe,rapid and acceptive drug to patients for bowel preparation.
