摘　　要：目的：探讨声导抗测试对分泌性中耳炎的诊断价值。方法：采用声导抗测试法对１７８耳临床诊断为分泌性中耳炎的患者进行测试。结果：鼓室导抗图Ｂ型１００耳中，经鼓室穿剌证明有鼓室积液者９４耳。提示鼓室导抗图对判断鼓室积液的准确率为９４％。结论：声导抗测试是一种敏感、快速而又客观和无创伤性检测方法，临庆应用很有价值。Objective:To investigate the value of acoustic immittance in the diagnosis of middle ear effusions.Method:The detection of otitis media on acoustic immittance was performed on 178 ears.Results:The tympanograms in 100 ears were “type B”,in which there was presence of middle ear effusions in 94 ears by auripuncture in the middle ears.Conclusion:Its apparent that acoustic immittance is an efficient method for clinical examination in the diagnosis of middle ear effusions.
