摘　　要：就近5年来针刺对神经发育与修复方面的实验研究做一综述。目前研究从大脑神经结构方面主要集中在神经干细胞的增殖分化、星形胶质细胞的增殖、神经突触的形成上,功能方面集中在神经递质的含量、神经细胞的能量代谢上,其他影响因素则集中在神经营养类物质、大脑微循环方面。For the recent five years,tremendous achievements have been made on neurodevelopment and neural repair on experiment study with acupuncture therapy.This paper is to make a review.Nowdays,from the aspect of structure of cerebrum,the studies are mainly concentrate on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cell,on the proliferation of astroglia.From the aspect of function of cerebrum cell,the studies are mainly concentrate on the content of the neurotransmitter and on the energy metabolism.And from other aspect the studies are mainly concentrate on the substance of neurotrophy and on the microcirculation of the brain.
