摘 要:为了更好地利用红外检测技术来诊断电气设备的热故障,根据金属电阻理论和红外成像仪测温原理分别推导了相对温差与接触电阻相对偏差的关系以及相对温差判别影响因素的计算公式。研究结果表明:在相对温差与接触电阻相对偏差的关系中应考虑参照体未通电(设备)相的接触电阻;环境温度和物体表面发射率对相对温差有一定的影响,DL/T664《带电设备红外诊断技术应用导则》中给出的相对温差公式仅在近距离条件下,被测设备温度较高或表面发射率为1时成立。In order to make better use of infrared diagnostic technique to diagnose the heat faults of electrical equipments, the relative deviation expression between relative temperature difference and contact resistance, and the calculating formulas influencing the relative temperature difference were deduced respectively in this paper, according to the theory of metallic resistance and the principles of temperature measurements of infrared imager. The results show that the contact resistance unable to be electrified should be taken into account in this relative deviation expression. Since there exist proper effects in the environment temperature and the surface emissivity on relative temperature difference, as the DL/T664 "Technical guidance for infrared diagnosis of energized electrical equipment" illustrates, the formulas of relative temperature difference is right, only at close range, the temperature of device under test is high, or the surface emissivity equals 1
