摘  要:提出了一种球面复眼成像系统的结构设计方案。基于电场操控液滴透镜面形可实现变焦的技术,在球壳基底上制作非球面液滴透镜并用电场改变其焦距以满足不同视场角的成像要求,通过折转透镜将不同视场角的入射光聚焦在平面CCD的不同位置,从而在获得大视场的同时改善了边缘光线的成像质量。讨论了非球面液滴透镜的制备过程,设计了球面复眼透镜系统的结构,并利用ZEMAX软件进行光学建模,分析了单个通道的成像性质以及各个通道在成像平面上的位置关系。结果表明:该结构在±45°视场角内对边缘光线的成像质量有明显的改善作用,在大视场成像的同时保持了低像差,可以满足运动目标检测的应用要求。A structural design of spherical compound liquid lens was fabricated on spherical shell substrate. change focal length for the demand of imaging at eye imaging system was proposed. The aspherical Its shape was manipulated by electrostatic field to different fields of view. A deflection lens was employed to make lights at different field of view focus on the special position of planar CCD. Therefore, large field of view with small aberration can be achieved. The fabrication of aspherical liquid lens was discussed and the spherical compound eye structure was designed. ZEMAX software was employed to analyze the imaging properties of each channel and the location relations of different channels on the imaging plane. The results show that spherical compound eye of this structure is helpful for improving the imaging property of edge off-axis lights in ±45° ield of view. It can be applied in moving object detection due to its large field of view and small aberration.
