摘 要:设计了一种新型微环谐振器,其基本结构由圆角正方形波导与条形波导组成。根据波导光学的耦合模理论,推导出双环串联和双环并联的圆角正方形微环谐振器的光强传递函数,并通过数值模拟分别获得这两种模型的谐振器的输出特性。结果表明:与传统的圆环形谐振器相比,圆角正方形结构微环谐振器的输出光谱的通带宽、谐振峰平坦、自由光谱区范围大,更接近理想的"箱型"波谱,而且圆角正方形结构相比于圆环形结构,其可变参数增多,更有利于器件的优化设计。A novel structure of microring resonator was designed, which was composed of the fillet square waveguides and the channel waveguides. According to the coupled mode theory of waveguide optics, the optical intensity transfer function of the microring resonator with parallel double-ring waveguides or series double-ring waveguides was analytically deduced, respectively, and their transmission spectrums were simulated numerically. The results show that the transmission spectrum of fillet square waveguide structure has a wider pass band, more smooth resonance peaks, larger free spectral range and more close to "box- like" spectrums all of which provide a reference value for filter design. Comparing with the normal circle- ring waveguide structure, there are more variable parameters for optimal design of microring resonator within the fillet square waveguide structure.
