摘 要:利用18个o2近等基因系(o2-NILs)与18个普通玉米自交系,配制33对杂交组合,在北京、新乡两个试验点进行产量和配合力鉴定。结果表明,不同基因型间的产量、一般配合力(GCA)效应值、特殊配合力(SCA)效应值差异均极显著;两个类型间的产量差异极显著,GCA效应值、SCA效应值差异不显著。o2-NILs组合的平均产量在北京和新乡两个试验点分别较普通玉米组合分别低8.06%和9.64%,平均低8.85%。在产量较高的组合中,有5对为o2-NILs与同型普通玉米的组合,分别是CAL58×丹598(o2/normal)、196×辽2345(o2/normal)、196×803(o2/normal)、CAL58×吉477(o2/normal)、CA156×196(o2/normal),说明这5对组合产量没有受o2影响。两个类型自交系GCA均为正值的为313(o2/normal)、吉63(o2/normal)、辽2345(o2/normal)、丹598(o2/normal)和196(o2/normal),表明o2基因对产量有一定影响,但在不同的遗传背景下o2基因的影响不同。The experiment, conducted in Bcijing and Xinxiang, Henan, consisted of 33 pairs of crosses which were made with 18 02 near-isogenic line(o2-NILs) and 18 common maize inbred lines. Analysis of variance indicated highly significant difference for yield, yield GCA values and yield SCA values; two types of yields between o2-NILs and common inbred lines were highly significant difference while that of GCA and SCA were not significant. Average yields of o2-NILs combination evaluated in Beijing and Xinxiang were 8.06% and 9.64% lower than those of common maize inbred lines, respectively. The average was lower than common maize 8.77% in both places. Among all crosses, five crosses, both o2-NILs combinations and common inbred lines combinations, CAL58 x Dan598(o2/normal), 196 x Liao2345(o2/normal), 196 x 803(o2/normal), CAL58 x Ji477(o2/normal), CA156 x 196(o2/normal), had higher yield. This result showed o2 gene didn' t impact on the yield of these crosses. The inbred lines with positive values of GCA in corresponding the two types were 313(o2/normal), Ji63(o2/normal), Liao2345(o2/normal), Dan598(o2/normal), and 196 (o2/normal). The study showed that o2 gene impacted on yield in maize, but the impaction was different based on different gene background.
