摘 要:研究水分对亚洲玉米螟[Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)]越冬幼虫化蛹的影响及幼虫饮水后体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化。结果表明,水是影响越冬幼虫复苏至化蛹阶段的关键因子。在湿度40%、温度22℃~28℃条件下加温处理,越冬幼虫最佳饮水时间为加温后20~30 d,此阶段满足其饮水需要,化蛹率增高且化蛹比较集中。当多次饮水时,其化蛹率随饮水次数的增加而增高,当饮水次数达到3次时,化蛹率接近100%。对越冬幼虫饮水后连续4 d体内SOD和POD的活性测定表明,饮水后其体内SOD和POD比同期不饮水的幼虫活性增高。分析认为,两种酶的活性增高与其饮水后化蛹发育和代谢增强有关。Effects of water intake on the pupation of overwintered larvae of Asian corn borer (ACB) Ostrinia furruzealis(Gnenee) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) after the larvae had drank water were investigated. The results showed that water intake affected the pupation progress and rate of the overwintered ACB larvae. The highest pupation rate at 22℃ - 28℃, 40% humidity, was recorded when the larvae drank water during the 20th - 35th day. The pupation progress of the larvae was more rapid during these days whenever water was offered. The pupation rate of the larvae increased with increase of the number of dringking water.The pupation rate nearly was 100% when the larvae drank three times. The acvtivities of SOD and POD of overwintered larvae after dringking water were increased than that don't drank water. The results showed that there was a very close relationship between the aetivityies of SOD, POD and development, metabolism of the overwintered larvae.
