摘　　要：近几年我国地方政府债务数量急剧膨胀,地方政府债务背后所蕴含的风险引起了各界关注。在分析我国地方政府债务现状及成因的基础上,从债务资金的投向、管理和偿还三个风险源提出地方政府债务的主要风险类型,即项目风险、管理风险和财政风险;进而提出相应的风险控制措施。The debt of local governments expanded rapidly in recent years,so it is not surprised that the risk oriented from the debts became the focus of society.In this paper,we described the current status of debts of local governments in china and discussed its causes.Then,risks including risk from project,management and repay are discussed,which are shaped from the using of capital,the management of capital and the repayment of capital respectively.Further,measures for controlling the risks are given.
