摘　　要：目前我国社会保障体系的制度框架已基本建立,但是,关于非正规就业群体的社会保障研究还处于起步阶段,在澄清非正规就业概念的基础上,针对天津市非正规就业社会保障制度存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议。At present,the institutional framework of our social security system has been established basically,but the social security of informal employment groups is still at the initial stage.This article clarified the concept of informal employment,based on the problems of informal employment in social security system in Tianjin,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
