论多元化全民健身服务体系的概念与结构

摘　　要：在系统梳理全民健身服务体系相关概念产生过程的基础上,结合对多元化全民健身服务体系的"性质"和"多元化"特征的分析,界定了多元化全民健身服务体系的内涵。同时以国内有关专家和政府部门对近年来全民健身服务体系结构不同提法的归纳总结和多学科理论为分析依据,提出由政府部门主导的"公益性"服务体系及其14个子系统,由私营部门主导的"主体性市场"服务体系及其12个子系统和"中介性市场"服务体系及其13个子系统,以及由"第三部门"主导的"非营利性"服务体系及其12个子系统构成的我国多元化全民健身服务体系的结构。In the carding of all the concepts of national fitness service system,this paper defines the connotation of the diversified national fitness service system,combined with analysis of the characteristics of its nature and diversity,and put forwards the structure of diversified national fitness service systems in China,they are the government sector-led public service system and its 14 sub-systems,the private sector-led main markets service system and its 12 sub-systems,market intermediary service system and its 13 sub-systems and the third sector led non-profitable service system and its 12 sub-systems as well,according to the different summarizes and formulation of the theory of its divergence which are given by some Chinese experts and government departments in recent years.
