摘  要:针对传统方法对核桃内部品质检测的破坏性问题,尝试利用软X射线技术进行核桃内部品质的无损检测。首先采用软X射线技术获取核桃图像,对图像进行去噪和分割;而后提取核桃的轮廓特征,采用面积阈值法对核桃的正常果、空壳果、破损果进行判别区分。实验结果表明,各类核桃总体识别正确率达88.9%,为核桃内部品质无损检测提供了可行的方法。To solve subjectivity and destructive problem in traditional method detecting walnut inner quality,the soft X rays technology was used to detect walnut inner quality. First,soft X rays was used to acquire walnut images,and suitable image process method was researched on noise removal and segmentation. At last,the contour was extracted and the quality of normal,empty,damaged walnuts was qualitative discrimination by area threshold. The results showed that the whole identify ratio was 88.9%,which was a feasible method to nondestructive detection of walnut.
