摘 要:弦支穹顶由单层网壳和其下部索杆组成。为了准确、可靠地指导弦支穹顶结构的实际施工,确保施工的顺利进行,依据各单元在初始态与零状态下无应力长度之差确定的原则,提出弦支穹顶结构的正向施工模拟计算法,并利用一跨度为8m的缩尺模型进行单根斜索逐根张拉成型的试验研究,整个张拉过程表明:单根斜索逐根张拉虽张拉次数较多,但张拉控制较为方便,能够很好地验证提出的施工模拟理论。试验结果表明:在张拉成型过程中,张拉控制的理论计算值与实测值吻合良好,说明提出的正向施工模拟计算法可便捷准确地模拟实际结构的施工。Suspend-dome structure consists of single-layer latticed shell and the bottom member system.To supervise the construction of suspend-dome reliably for trouble-free operation,a construction simulation method was presented based on the principle without stress difference between initial state and zero state.A model of a real suspend-dome with 8m in span is utilized to validate the construction process in which each single radial cable is tensioned in sequence.The tension process shows that,even though it requires much more tension time,the tension control appears to be more convenient,which confirms the validity of the presented construction theory.Experimental results indicate that theoretical values from the developed approach are in excellent agreement with the experimental ones,implying that the proposed simulation method can potentially provide a reliable and efficient guidance for actual construction process.
