摘 要:传统热镀锌钢板钝化工艺以铬酸盐体系为主,污染严重。以有机硅为主开发出了有机无机复合钝化剂,通过调整工艺参数在热镀锌钢板表面获得了较理想的钝化膜。考察了钝化膜膜厚、均匀性与各工艺参数之间的关系;探讨了不同钝化膜厚度对热镀锌钢板耐蚀性、耐指纹性、导电性及耐高温黄变性的影响。结果表明:无铬钝化膜的性能与铬酸盐转化膜基本一致,其耐蚀性随膜厚的增加而增强,而导电性、耐高温黄变性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性等性能随着膜厚的增加而下降。In view of the severe pollution of conventional hot-dip galvanizing technology based on chromate conversion fluid,a Cr-free inorganic-organic complex passivation agent was developed by using organosilicon as the major ingredient.Cr-free passivation coating with satisfactory performance was obtained by properly adjusting the passivation parameters.Besides,the relationship among the thickness and uniformity of the passivation coating and passivation parameters was explored,and the effect of the passivation coating thickness on corrosion resistance,fingerprint resistance,electric conductivity and high-temperature discoloration resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet was investigated.It was found that as-prepared Cr-free passivation coating was similar to chromate conversion coating in performance,and its corrosion resistance increased with increasing thickness.However,the electric conductivity,high-temperature discoloration resistance,alkali resistance and solvent resistance of the Cr-free passivation coating were worsened with rising thickness.
