摘　　要：PZNB型喷水式柱塞泥浆泵与一般柱塞泵的主要区别在于增加了一套喷水装置。当柱塞在作往复运动时,高压清水经过喷水环向柱塞周围喷水,使柱塞与密封面之间避免了因固体颗粒进入而引起的磨损,从而延长了柱塞和密封件的使用寿命。着重叙述了这种泵的主要技术参数、工作原理及结构特点。实践证明,PZNB型泵的排量稳定,压力无波动,运行平稳可靠,能充分满足远距离输送高浓度浆液的需要。The PZNB jet plunger slurry pump differs from traditional pumps in the addition of a set of jet device.While the plunger moves repeatedly,high-pressured cleaning water jets towards the ambient of the plunger through a jet ring so as to avoid the friction resulted from the solid particle entering the interface between the plunger and the sealing surface,thus the longevity of related plunger and sealing parts can be prolonged.The technical parameters,working principle and structural features of the pump are described emphatically.It has been proven that the PZNB pump is characterized by stable output,non-fluctuated pressure,smooth and reliable operation,which satisfies the needs of long-distanced transportation of high-concentration slurry.
