摘　　要：煤炭生产过程中,高压胶管的应用十分广泛,一旦损坏更换比较困难。由于矿井下安全生产的要求,常用的切割方法又不能满足要求。笔者通过分析高压胶管经常出现的问题,提出了将前混合磨料水射流技术应用于切割高压胶管。实践证明,该技术不仅满足矿井下的安全使用要求,而且切割的效果好、效率高。High-pressure hose is widely used in coal production,but it is uneasy to replace once damaged.Due to the underground safe production,common cutting methods cannot meet the safety requirements.The paper analyzes problems of high-pressure hoses and proposes the application of pre-mixed abrasive water jet technology to the cutting of high-pressure hoses.The experiments show that the technology not only meets the requirements of underground safe production,but has good cutting effect and high efficiency.
