摘 要:介绍了4个剪跨比为2.25的预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件的拟静力试验,试件的竖向钢筋采用留洞浆锚、间接搭接的方式连接。试验结果表明:间接搭接能传递钢筋应力;预制墙试件的钢筋受拉屈服、混凝土受压破坏,但其破坏形态与现浇墙试件有区别;试件的水平力-位移滞回曲线饱满,极限位移角为1/42~1/36;可采用规范公式计算预制墙的受压承载力;竖向现浇带能将预制墙连接成为整体,预制墙侧面采用粗糙面的连接性能优于键槽的连接性能。Quasi-static tests of 4 pre-cast reinforced concrete shear wall specimens with shear span ratio of 2.25 were introduced.The vertical reinforcements of the specimens were grouted in holes and spliced indirectly.The test results indicate that the indirect spliced vertical reinforcements can transfer stresses.For the pre-cast wall specimen,the vertical reinforcements yield in tension and the concrete fail in compression.The failure mode of the pre-cast wall specimen is different from that of the cast-in-site wall specimen.The lateral load-displacement hysteretic loops of the pre-cast wall specimens are plump,the ultimate drift ratio is 1 /42 ~ 1 /36.The current code formulas are suitable for calculating the compressive strength of the pre-cast shear walls.The cast-in-site stripe can connect the pre-cast walls to be an unit,the integrity behavior of the rough interface of the side face of pre-cast wall is better than that of the shear keys.
