摘 要:在苏州地区某超高层建筑结构的基础设计中,采用变刚度调平方法,对主楼桩基布置进行优化,可有效协调塔楼核心筒与外围框架柱间的差异沉降。采用灌注桩后注浆技术,既可确保桩基施工质量,又能提高单桩承载力,极大地发挥桩基承载的潜力。结合地区经验对JCCAD沉降计算值进行修正,使基础设计更加合理。分析了施工和使用阶段两种工况下的桩顶作用效应,认为合理利用水浮力以优化桩基础设计,对节约造价具有积极意义。In the foundation design of a super high-rise building in Suzhou,the adoption of variable rigidity design to optimize the pile layout of the main building was proved to be effective for the coordination of different settlement between the core tube and the frame column outside.The application of post-grouting technique for cast-in-situ pile could not only ensure the construction quality,but also raise the bearing capacity of each pile.By comparing with the empirical value of the actual engineering practice,revision was made in settlement calculation by JCCAD to make foundation design more reasonable.The analysis of action effect on pile top during construction and normal use has verified the significance of utilizing properly site groundwater buoyancy in pile foundation design for the purpose of saving project cost.
