摘 要:提出一种用于防止电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的新型贴壁风装置,对其原理和特点进行了详细说明,并基于Fluent平台、利用Realizablek-ε湍流模型对贴壁风装置的结构和性能进行了优化.结果表明:翅片相对间距l/L=0.5、短翅片相对高度a/A=0.7、长翅片相对高度h/H=0.9时,新型贴壁风装置的性能最优;水冷壁管金属物性对其性能的影响可以忽略;喷口材料物性对其性能影响很小;贴壁风温度越低,装置性能越好;该新型装置能明显降低贴壁风用量,降低喷口温度.A new type of closing-to-wall air device for preventing high temperature corrosion of waterwall of utility boiler was proposed and the principle and characteristics of the air device were described in detail.The structure and performance of the closing-to-wall air device were optimized by using Realizable k-ε turbulent model based on Fluent platform.Results show that the new type closing-to-wall air device has the best performance with the relative space of the fin l/L=0.5,the relative height of the short fin a/A=0.7 and the relative height of the long fin h/H=0.9.The effects of the physical properties of waterwall tubes on performance of the device can be neglected.And the physical properties of nozzle material have little effect on performance of the device.The lower the temperature of the closing-to-wall air is,the better the performance of the device will be.The new type device can significantly decreases the amount of closing-to-wall air and the temperature of the nozzle.
