摘　　要：社区图书馆对社区人文环境的培育具有重要作用。针对部分城市社区的实证研究表明,影响居民参与社区图书馆的因素包括个人资源分配、参与动机、社区氛围和图书馆服务等,因此可从构建网上图书馆、优化社区氛围、丰富社区图书馆功能和提升服务质量等入手,提高居民的参与度,最大化社区学习资源的价值。Community library has great importance to nurture the humanistic environment of the community.Empirical study from some urban communities shows the factors which affect the residents＇ participating in the community libraries include personal resource allocation,motivation,community atmosphere and library services.So something can be done from construction online libraries,optimizing community atmosphere,enriching the function of community library and improving service quality to improve the degree of residents＇ participation and maximize the value of community learning resources.
