摘  要:基于离散数学和计算机技术,结合滚动轴承动力学理论,以圆柱滚子轴承摩擦副磨损状态为研究对象,依据零件磨损过程通用的数值仿真方法,建立圆柱滚子轴承磨损的数值仿真模型,提出具体的算法方案,对其磨损寿命及可靠度进行预测。结果表明:数值仿真方法可以将连续的磨损问题进行离散化处理,从而解决经典数学微积分方法无法解决的动态和非线性磨损问题,所建立的方法具有良好的工程应用前景。Based on the discrete theory and computer technology and dynamic theory of roller bearing, with the wear state of cylindrical roller bearing as the object, a numerical simulation model of wearing for cylindrical roller bearing was established by the method for wear numerical simulation of components. The wear algorithm was proposed, and the wear lifetime and reliability of cylindrical roller beating were predicted. It is found that the continuous wear problem could be treated discretely by the method of numerical simnlation;therefore the dynamic non-linear wear problem that could not be solved by classical calculus is resolved. The present numerical method could find good prospects in practical engineering application.
