摘　　要：随着网络博客技术的发展,在高校师生之间出现了因人缘、地缘、校缘、职缘而结成的信息共建共享博客站群,高校图书馆应该充分重视师生自组织资源的开发利用,将师生自组织网络博客站群的信息资源转化为供广大师生共享的公共信息资源,提高图书馆的服务效益。Along with the network blog technology＇s development,presented the information which between the university teachers and students because of the personal connection,the geography,the school reason,the duty reason formed to build shares the abundant passenger station group,the university library should take the teachers and students fully from the organization resources development use,transformed the teachers and students from the organization network abundant passenger station group＇s information resource to supply the public information resource which the general teachers and students shared,enhanced the library the service benefit
