摘　　要：阐述数字图书馆的服务权,在此基础上,通过对美国、欧盟、澳大利亚等西方主要发达国家版权法中关于图书馆数字资源建设保护条例的比较研究,总结出对我国数字图书馆服务权确立的四点有益启示。This paper first expounds the service right of digital library,and then on the basis of the concept,the author makes a comparative study of the stipulations regarding construction and protection of library digital resources among the copyright laws of USA,EU,Australia,and other western countries.Finally,the author put forward four good enlightenment on establishment of service right of Chinese digital（library.）
