摘　　要：知识产权法旨在维持知识产权人和公共信息领域之间的平衡。文章基于知识产权法对公共信息资源管理影响现状的分析,提出构建与信息资源管理相关的社会法律环境以及法律保障机制的必要性,以制衡因知识产权法向信息专有权倾斜所造成的偏失。The Intellectual Property Law aims at protecting the balance between the man of intellectual property and the public information field.Based on the analysis of the current influence of intellectual property law on the public information resources management,this paper puts forward the necessity of building social legal environment and legal guarantee mechanism related to information resource management,in order to counterbalance the outcome of Intellectual Property Law inclining to the information exclusive rights
