摘　　要：回顾了我国食品包装设计行业的发展历程,详细分析了本行业的现状,指出过度包装导致的环境污染和资源浪费是本行业面临的主要问题,提出解决问题的关键点是纸质食品包装减量化设计。重点论述了纸质食品包装减量化设计的主要内容,其中包括:包装体积最小化设计、异形结构的减少化设计、成型结构的一体化设计以及包装设计色彩适量化。It reviewed the development course of China food packaging design and analyzed current situation of food packaging design in China in detail.It pointed out that environmental pollution and resource infringement caused by over packaging was real bottle neck and paper packaging slimming design was the only way out.It emphasized the contents of paper package slimming design including： minimization design of package volume;simplification design of abnormal structure;integration design of molding structure;appropriate application of color in packaging design.
