从产业转移与人才转移的互动机制看京津冀区域一体化

摘　　要：京津冀区域内产业同构现象以及人才虹吸效应导致区域一体化格局尚未形成。从产业转移与人才转移互动机制的角度分析区域产业发展与人才结构优化的演变过程,指出产业转移和人才转移是最终实现京津冀区域产业结构升级、人才结构优化以及区域一体化的必由之路。最后分别对如何加快京津冀区域产业转移和人才转移提出对策,从而加快区域一体化进程。The pattern of regional integration for the unity of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei doesnt formed because the phenomenon of isomorphic industry and talent siphon effect are serious in this region. From the point of interactive mechanism between industrial transfer and talents transfer, the process of industry development and optimization of talent structure can be analyzed, and the transfer of industry and talents can finally lead to industrial structure upgrading, talent structure optimizing and regional integration in the unity of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. Finally, we proposes the countermeasures on how to accelerate Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regional industrial transfer and talent transfer so as to accelerate regional integration.
