长三角区域合作机制的经验借鉴与进一步发展思路

摘　　要：建立和健全区域合作机制是促进我国区域协调发展的重要手段。区域合作作为一种经济运行方式,反映了长三角区域经济中要素自由流动、优势互补、共同发展的內在要求。本文在梳理长三角区域合作历史进程的基础上,总结了其区域合作的经验及借鉴作用,并进一步提出健全长三角区域合作机制、设立长三角发展促进基金、加强国家对于区域合作的指导等政策建议,以进一步推动长三角区域合作发展。Building and perfecting the regional cooperative mechanism is an important means by which to promote balanced development among regions in China. Regional cooperation, as a way of economic operation, reflects the interior requirements of factors free flow, complementary advantages and common development in the economy of Yangtze River delta. On the Basis of introducing the history and development of regional cooperation in Yangtze delta, the text sums up its characteristics and references, and suggests further promoting the regional cooperation development in Yangtze delta to perfect its urban cooperation mechanism, setting up Yangtze delta development promoting funds, and strengthening national guidance toward regional cooperation.
