摘 要:采用电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢基体上喷涂Ti6Al4V涂层,并对涂层进行封孔处理。表征了涂层的物相组成和微观形貌,通过盐水浸泡实验和极化曲线测试对比分析了Q235钢基体、未封孔涂层和封孔涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:涂层呈典型的层状特征,物相组成为TiN,TiO和少量的Ti;未封孔涂层与封孔涂层均具有较宽的钝化电位区间,封孔处理可以封闭电弧喷涂工艺造成的空隙或微裂纹,因此封孔涂层的耐蚀性显著更高。Ti6Al4V coating was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by velocity arc spray.The sealing treatment was done to the coating.The phase composition and morphology of coating were characterized.The corrosion resistance of the Q235 steel substrate,the no sealing coating and the sealing coating was compared and analyzed by salt water immersion test and polarization curve test.The microstructure and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated by SEM,XRD and electrochemical polarization measurement.The results show that the coating has homogenously laminated microstructure and contains TiN,TiO and a little Ti.The coating with paint shows the most excellent corrosion resistance.Wide passivation potential range between no sealing coating and sealing coating,the gaps and microcracks by velocity arc spray were closed by sealing treatment,so the corrosion resistance of sealing treatment was increased clearly.
