双氧水-硫酸酸蚀对酚醛塑料/化学镀镍层结合力的影响

摘  要:利用双氧水-硫酸混合溶液对酚醛塑料进行不同时间的酸蚀处理,之后在塑料表面化学镀镍,采用红外光谱、SEM表征了塑料表面的基团及塑料/镀层界面的形貌,分析了酸蚀对塑料表面亲水性和塑料/化学镀镍层结合力的影响。研究结果表明:酸蚀处理3 min后,酚醛塑料表面因氧化形成磺酸基亲水基团,导致表面由酸蚀前的疏水性转变为亲水性;酸蚀5 min时,在亲水基团和表面粗糙度的共同作用下,塑料表面的亲水性最好,且塑料/化学镀镍层的结合强度最高。The phenolic plastics(PF) were acid-etched with the mixture of hydrogen peroxide-sulphuric acid for different time,then were surface modified by electroless nickel plating(ENP),the groups of PF surface and the morphology of interface between PF and ENP were characterized by the inrared spectrum(IR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the effects of the acid-etching on the surface hydrophilicity of the PF and the adhesion of the ENP to the PF were investigated.The results show that the PF surface is oxidized and the polar sulfonic groups form after 3 min acid-etching,which lead the surface change from hydrophobicity before acid etched to hydrophilicity;Under the effect of the polar groups and surface roughness,the PF surface gains the best hydrophilicity at 5 min acid-etching,meanwhile,the adhesion strength of the ENP to the PF reaches the highest value.
