摘  要:在柠檬酸盐镀液中,通过电沉积的方法使Fe-W镀层在钢基体表面沉积,镀液成分包括Na2WO4,FeSO4和H3BO4等。XRD分析表明镀层具有非晶结构;采用SEM对镀层的表面形貌进行了观察;在450~850℃对镀层进行热处理,并研究了热处理对镀层结构及性能的影响。非晶镀层从550℃开始晶化,750℃晶化完成。镀层的显微硬度随热处理温度的升高而提高,当热处理温度达到750℃时达到最大值1443~1844HV,然后随温度的继续升高而降低。Fe-W alloys were electrodeposited on steel surface from a citrate bath containing Na2WO4,FeSO4 and H3BO4.X-ray diffraction studies revealed that the deposited coatings had amorphous structure.The surface morphology of the produced coatings were investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM).Then,the alloys were annealed in the temperature range between 450 and 850 ℃ and the effect of annealing on their structure was studied.Crystallization of the amorphous coatings started at about 550 ℃ and completed at 750 ℃.The microhardness of the coatings increased with increasing annealing temperature,reaching its maximum value(1443~1844 HV) for annealing at 750 ℃,and then decreased for annealing at higher temperatures.
