摘 要:试验研究日粮铜(Cu)、钼(Mo)添加水平对辽宁绒山羊瘤胃发酵指标的影响。选用18月龄体重相近,装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的辽宁绒山羊羯羊12只,采用完全随机分组试验设计,分成4组,每组3只。试验分为Mo 0处理和Mo5处理,Mo0处理日粮是在基础日粮中不加Mo,Mo5处理日粮是在基础日粮中加Mo(DM)5 mg/kg,每期设4个Cu水平,即0、20、30、40 mg/kg。结果表明:日粮中添加Mo 5 mg/kg显著降低了瘤胃液的pH,而显著提高了氨氮浓度、乙酸和总VFA浓度(P<0.05);日粮中添加不同水平的铜对瘤胃液pH和氨氮浓度影响差异不显著,但显著提高了乙酸、丙酸、总VFA的浓度(P<0.05);铜钼互作对氨氮浓度、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸及总VFA的浓度影响差异显著,对pH影响差异不显著。结果显示,当日粮中添加Mo为5 mg/kg,Cu为20 mg/kg时,有最适宜的瘤胃发酵水平。This research was conducted to study the influence of adding copper and molybdenum either singly or in combination in diets on ruminal fermentation in Liaoning cashmere goats.Twelve castrated Liaoning cashmere goats,aged 18 months,ruminally fistulated,were randomly assigned into four groups and fed four diets with different copper level(0,20,30,and 40 mg Cu /kg DM).The trial was assigned into two periods,fed a basal diet supplemented with either 0 or 5 mg Mo /kg DM.And each period were fed with four diets with different copper level(0,19,28 and 38 mg Cu /kg DM).The results indicated that supplementation of 5 mg Mo/kg DM in the basal diet significantly decreased ruminal fluid pH value,significantly increased ruminal ammonia nitrogen concentration,the molar proportions of acetic acid and the total volatile fatty acids(P0.05);Different copper levels in the basal diet had no effect on ruminal fluid pH value and ruminal ammonia nitrogen concentration,but enhanced the molar proportions of acetic acid,propionic acid and the total volatile fatty acids(P0.05);Collaborate effect of copper and molybdenum on ruminal ammonia nitrogen concentration,the molar proportions of acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric and the total volatile fatty acids were observed(P0.05).The results suggested that the optimal supplementation of molybdenum and copper in the diets of cashmere goats for ruminal fermentation were 5 mg Mo/kg DM and 20 mg Cu/kg DM of diet.
