摘　　要：目的:了解我院抗菌药物横断面应用情况,促进我院合理使用抗菌药物。方法:采用横断面调查方法,对2010年12月17日0-24点所有住院患者进行抗菌药物使用调查。结果:1207例住院患者中,抗菌药物横断面使用率为54.10%,其中单用率为77.18%,二联使用率为20.83%,三联使用率为1.99%;在全院各科室中,综合重症监护室(ICU)使用率最高,为94.44%,其次为耳鼻喉科和泌尿外科,分别为88.00%和77.59%;全院治疗性用药病原学送检率达57.92%,ICU以及呼吸内科送检率最高,分别为91.67%和84.42%;预防用药率为38.13%,其中围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物为主要原因,占65.00%;使用频率居前5位的依次为头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类、大环内酯类和硝基咪唑类。结论:我院抗菌药物横断面使用水平较为合理,病原学检测率高,但存在给药剂量偏大、围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物给药时机不合理等情况,需要进一步完善监管制度与方法。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the cross-sectional study of the utilization of antibiotics in our hospital. METHODS： In cross-sectional study, the clinical utilization of antibiotics for all inpatients from 0 to 24 in Dec, 17th, 2010 was surveyed. RE- SULTS： Of 1 207 inpatients, the cross-sectional utilization rate of antibiotics was 54.10%, of which single-drug was 77.18%, two-drug 20.83% and three-drug 1.99%. Among all departments of the hospital, the universal ICU had the highest utilization rate, accounting for 94.44%, followed by departments of ENT and Urology, being 88.00% and 77.59%, respectively. Delivery rate of etiological specimens for therapeutic medication in the whole hospital was 57.92%. The universal ICU and the department of respira- tory medicine had the highest bacterial examination rate, which were 91.67% and 84.42%. The prophylactic application rate was 38.13%. Among those, 65.00% were used in the perioperative period. The top 5 antibiotics in the list of DDDs were cephalospo- fins, quinolones, penicillins, macrolides, nitroimidazoles and carbapenems. CONCLUSIONS： In our hospital, the cross-sectional utilization rate of antibiotics is reasonable and there is high proportion of etiological examination. But the dose of antibiotics is too large, and the timing of prophylactic application of antibiotics is unreasonable. Monitoring system and methods should be further improved.
