摘 要:目的研究铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化常数进行结构鉴定。结果从铁棒锤砂炒炮制品中分离并鉴定出7个化合物,分别为3-乙酰乌头碱、乌头碱、16-epi-pyrode-oxyaconitine、16-epi-pyroaconitine、polyschistine-D、苯甲酰去氧乌头碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱。结论铁棒锤砂炒炮制品成分的研究可为阐明铁棒锤砂炒法炮制原理提供依据。OBJECTIVE To study the diterpene alkaloids from processing roots of Aconitum pendulum Busch.METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatographic columns and their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical characteristics.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified.They were as follows:3-acetylaconitine,aconitine,16-epi-pyrodeoxyaconitine,16-epi-pyroaconitine,polyschistine-D,benzoyldeoxyaconine,benzoylaconine.CONCLUSION Compared to raw materials,new compounds were found in processing products:16-epi-pyrodeoxyaconitine,16-epi-pyroaconitine,polyschistine-D,benzoyldeoxyaconine.The study of counpounds in processing roots of Aconitum pendulum proided a basis for the processing principles.
