摘  要:基于发动机控制系统中涉及到大量数字逻辑电路的开发,进行了以32位微控制器MCF5233和CPLD为核心构架的共轨式ECU开发。其中,基于CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)完成了数字升压模块的开发和针对喷油器实现了高、低压分时驱动控制;同时,借助于瞬时转速开发了燃油喷射时序和多次喷射控制算法。试验结果表明:新的可灵活调制喷油模式的ECU可以实现任意曲轴角度的喷油定时,在以1 200r/min运行、以3 000r/min/s加速时,最大算法定时误差角度不超过0.033°;同时,利用结构体数组对喷射参数进行定义,仅一次中断服务,即可实现多次喷射模式。其中,多次喷射模式可控制的脉冲数可达到6次以上,且支持不同喷油模式间的自由切换。The engine electronic control system involved development of a large number of digital logic circuits. A common-rail ECU, adapting 32-bit microcontroller MCF5233 and CPLD as core architecture, was developed. Among them, a CPLI)-based booster module was completed and the injector high-low pressure time-sharing drive control was achieved, and by means of instantaneous speed the fuel injection timing and multistage injection control algorithms were worked out. Tests indicate that the new type of ECU can con- duct fuel injection at timing of arbitrary crank angle, the maximum arithmetic error is not more than 0. 033° when the engine operates at 1 200 r/min and accelerates with acceleration of 3 000 r/min/s. Injection parameters are defined using a structure array, and by one interrupt service, multistage injection mode is achieved, the controlled pulse number can reach more than 6, freely switching among different injection modes can also be realized.
