摘 要:提出在轿车气动造型优化的过程中采用柔性网格技术代替目前的nurbs技术,它具有改型自由、建模效率高等优点。以一轿车作为研究对象,首先通过计算仿真和风洞实验的对比验证了该技术是可行的,其仿真结果与实验数据的误差在5%以内。然后采用该技术对轿车头部造型进行了柔性修改和气动仿真,研究证明该技术在改型效率上比nurbs技术要高出5-6倍,而且改型变化自由度高,有助于提高车身气动造型优化的效率和质量。Flexible refine mesh is adopted in the process of optimizing automotive aerodynamical shape instead of current nurbs technology,it has the advantage of free modify and high efficiency in modeling.The research subject is a car,first by comparing the result of simulation and that of wind tunnel test,it is verified that this technology is feasible and the tolerance is below 5%.Then this technology is adopted in the process of flexible modification and aerodynamical simulation of the car's front end,it is proved that the efficiency of model modification in this technology is 5 or 6 times higher than that of nurbs technology,and it is free to modify the style without any constraints.So it can improve the efficiency and quality of aerodynamical optimization of the car's body.
