利用畜禽粪便生产生物有机复合肥的发酵工艺研究

摘　　要：该文研究了以畜禽粪便为原料，接种固氮、解磷、解钾、除臭等多功能微生物，好气性发酵生产生物有机肥料的方法，研制了发酵槽的自动翻拌机等专用设施，确定了相关技术参数。The rapid development of livestock and poultry rarming makes it necessary to develop an efficient and economic process for the disposal of livestock and poultry manure in quantities. This paper reported an aerial fermentation method for the preduction of biologital-organic-inorganiccompound fertilizer, by using the livestock and poultry manure as raw material and inoculating acombination Of nitrogen-fixing microbes, phosphate-dissolving microbes, silicate-dissolvingmicrobes and foul smell-eliminating microbes. Special installations were inveted, including thefermentation trough and the automatic vehicle for stirring & mixing of compost. The main technolgical parameters were defined.
