摘 要:近年来鉴定了的化学结构的昆虫抗菌肽的数目有迅速上升的趋势,一些新型昆虫抗菌肽相继被分离纯化。不同结构的抗菌肽其抗菌特性及其抗菌谱存在着巨大差异,抗菌机制也不同。昆虫免疫与动物免疫机制既存在着区别也存在着某些相似性。Insects respond to bacterial challenge by the rapid and transient synthesis of alarge num ber of potent antibacterial peptites that are active against m any different bacteria. Todate,several distinct antibacterial peptites have been totally or partially characterized. Accordingto their characters,they w ere divided into four groups.(1) The cecropins. They are 4k D peptitesand active on both Gram negative and Gram positive cells and devoid of cysteines and have thestructure of tw o am phipathic α helices.(2) The insect defensins. They are 4 k D anti Gram positivepeptites w ith six cysteines engaged in three intram olecular disulfide bridges.(3) Sm all,proline rich peptites. They are active against Gram negative bacteria and have been isolated from Hym enopera, Diptera and Hem optera. A rem arkable feature of the peptites is the presence of an Oglycosylated substitution.(4) Glycine rich polypeptites. The m olecular w eights of the peptitesrange from 10- 30 k D. They are active essentally on Gram negative bacteria.
